This Thanksgiving Greg and I went to my parents house. It was alot of fun! Almost everyone was there, Steve, Julie, and boys were not able to make it.. something about Julie being ready to have her baby at any minute...I dunno! But the rest of the Shaw clan was there, along with Grandpa and Reba, Karen, Ben, and some girls from my dad's BYU ward that weren't able to make it home for the holiday. We ate, talked, played scum, and yes, made indian hats. We never have pilgrims at our feast- we all choose to be indians! Oh well...

Our most serious Indian faces

Sisters- yes we even lets the blonde ones be Indians too...

Greg wanted to make a pie this year, so he looked up an apple pie recipe and we made one! They turned out soooo good!
Now for a little update on our house and bringing out Christmas...
Here are some picture of the house, its finally coming together! Well, the main floor is, upstairs still needs alot of work! On Friday we went with the Olsen clan to pick out a Christmas tree. I loved our little scraggly charlie brown christmas tree last year, but this year we went for one with more tree and less open space... So we decorated it this weekend and last night sat down to watch the first christmas movie of the season--- Christmas Vacation, we love that movie!

Our living room. Yes, we finally got our couches. and Yes, they are uncomfortable and we want to sell them...

Our beautiful Christmas tree!
